"It’s about more than winning competitions."

— Coach Dong Won Kang

At Win & Archery, we firmly believe that there are three critical tenets to becoming a successful archer—Mental Strength, Social Responsibility, and Physical Performance—and they all have to all come together in equal parts to win on the competition field.

Not only are these the critical underpinnings that make our Win & Archery Club archers successful in archery, they also serve as practical life skills that can be applied to other aspects of their lives as they learn to work hard, persevere, gain confidence, and win in life.

MENTAL

STRENGTH

Our archers will learn to push the personal limits of their mental strength to overcome adversity and challenges through focus, disciplined training, perseverance, and graciousness.

SOCIAL

RESPONSIBILITY

While archery may be an individual sport, being a part of an archery community comes with having a sense of respect and gratitude for everyone along their journey, including the coach, parents, peers, and competitors.

Physical PERFORMANCE

Physical form informs function. For consistency on the competition field, an archer’s body requires regular and rigorous training so that the body can learn how to shoot arrows through muscle memory.
